I started my career conducting pre- and post-transaction due diligence for PE firms and corporate clients. I moved into financial advisory, where I sourced and structured M&A transactions, including the acquisition of a distressed manufacturing company.

That transaction became the foundation of my operating career. I transitioned from advisor to operator, taking on the Director of Operations role to execute the turnaround of a business running over budget with 50% RMA rates and deteriorating stakeholder confidence.

Over the next 13 years, I led the transformation of that asset from a distressed commodity supplier to a profitable precision manufacturing partner serving Fortune 500 customers.
